I have a couple of questions about the sale (not that I would ever expect that we'l get answers).
1) What was the sale price?
2) Mr Patel stated "This transaction frees up cashflow". Wasn't the business cash flow positive? Doesn't the sale mean that we'll lose cashflow & sales in the future? What was the ProteoIQ Software sales that will be lost?
Let's hope that the sale price was decent and that the sale is completed and that there is more money than just the rich salaries of the few.
