Hey zvinimb1 - I think selling a mining company like Rincon and selling a house might be two different things! Do you really think Charge are going to buy Rincon from ADY for (what was it?) $36 million and then onsell it the very same day to another company for a "substantial profit" (what were you thinking - $1 mil, $2 mil profit?), to a company who would have done so little research that they wouldn't realise they could buy it for a few mil less from the owners (ADY) directly?? Or are you suggesting that a late buyer has been found and due to the contracted sale to Charge the only way they can get hold of Rincon is by buying it at a premium from Charge? Personally, I don't think so.

Also, why would you want it to go into receivership? If ADY trades out of this mess and becomes a profitable company then it will ultimately be reflected in the share price.
