seems like they have sold the only bit of the business that regularly makes good profits. I didn't think their current debt position was an issue, I hope this doesn't mean that there is more bad news on the way. 1.2 x book value doesn't exactly inspire. the market seems to like it. Glad I bought a few ELDPA a couple of weeks ago.
