Don't be surprised to see Elders take a profit hit in WA - it has hardly rained there and this is one of their bigger markets, so sales are likely to be sluggish.
You have to question why they would sell one of their best performing assets so cheaply, and so quickly.
Good luck to all s/holders but you may want to do some extra research as to why this transaction has occurred.
