Confused by this deal. Why are we getting paid cash and property. Are we giving them a larger resource than we are receiving?
Agree with NRC on the lack of detail bit so hard for me to work out but on the face of it, it seems like a good deal.
Also why are we helping the competition gain traction?
I suspect the government maybe involved here with all the activity going on over there.
Use it or loose it sort of thing.
If ORE just let it sit idle then it will take longer to develop costing the government big Dollars.
Nice to have this as bargaining power though.
Agree with cdn. Probably be able to buy them back if and when required if they prove it up in 5-10years time.
