basically doing an IPO but this is almost exactly the way DMC/AKI worked. and i don't think anyone could be disappointed in that result.
I think Tony would be very confident that they will raise the cash so $32.5million here we come. Not as much as i had hoped but given no permitting approval as yet, this is a great result.
$32 mill will go a long way to finding a couple more Marampas to sell off.....
