sale of subsidaries

Still no news on the sale of the subsidaries, from what was reported from the AGM it sounded as though they were done deals. Rang Dermot for an update but appeared evasive.
they expect to get approx $2 million from the sub sales, if that is correct, seems to me that they are selling their assets to cheaply.
Back 5 or 6 years ago from memory they bought the Sydney Co medical industries for approx $5 million when it was doing sales of some $7 or $8 million not to mention the west australian distributor west coast for $2.2 million with sales of $4.5 million.
They also have Portland that suppose to have a sales contract for $5 million a year with some victoria distributor cant remember who, but all up after expending some $7.2 million plus of shareholders money, to get a mere $2 mill certainly short changes us long suffering shareholders.

Will be interesting to see what prices they finally sell these for
