i checked carefully for EMS all debts currently owned is around $2.6 million, that means if company sell its assets around $3 million, EMS cash in a bank around $ 2 million before Christmas, but i am not sure if company has already paid all $2.2 million for final trial. if not, we will need another capital raising within half year. that is reason why SP can not go up. 5 cents is possible. I am waiting for it before Christmas. It is good deal for me selling option at 3.5 cents and buy back 5 cents HEAD.
