Mike... looks like the timing of the LH sale was more important than anything else. They needed to quickly get some cash as they weren't in a position to ride out the storm. If JB could have ridden out the storm comfortably he wouldn't have sold (which suggests that things were very dire).
Research PDN's patterns of behaviour over the years suggests that only one person (JB) is in control and nothing else matters... probably a throw-back to the days of PDN being a little gold explorer. Loyal shareholders exist to provide cash for JB to live out his vision.
