You does not seem to understand the deal. The deal needs approval from the Chinese authority. I think they are looking at the June time frame. There is a non-refundable deposit as well. I don't remember the amount, somewhere like 25%.
The drop is not a lack of confidence. It is an intentional push down by the shorters. Looking at the actions of the last 2-3 weeks, you can tell. It is sudden drop when there are few buyers like at the end of the day. Institution will sell slowly, not like that.
