    Do any of you corporate guys have a feel for how long it should take for a company to undertake due diligence on the purchase or JV of an asset such as XAM's thermal coal assets. It's been a month since the company said they have issued several confidentiality agreements. And...... of course the sp has done nothing but drift over that month!
