Hi Fellow Shareholders,
I for one still want to know all the details on Icarus. We know for sure that in the explanatory memorandum we have misled on Corsair and I suspect the same may be true for Icarus. I also what to know why Ady let Campbell Olsen (along with Phil Thomas) plunk their behinds in the offices of Vallenar Iron (our Chilean company!!) and exert management control over Vallenar Iron and its employees at a time at which Campbell Olsen and Icarus had not purchased a single share of Vallenar Iron. I also want to know what other proposals Ady may have received. Why have these proposals not be disclosed to shareholders?
We have all invested our hard earned money into Ady and we would be incredibly stupid to stand by idly and let Adys board pull off another fiasco like what happened with Rincon Lithium ands charge resources. Adys boards treatment of the shareholders has been arrogant and disgusting. IMHO Prior has done nothing as Adys executive director to further the companys interests or maximize shareholder value. Quite to the contrary, the share price has dropped since he was appointed executive director. Furthermore, I note in the latest annual report he takes undue credit for things in which he played no positive role such as successfully resolving the legal disputes in Chile with Adys former jv partner in Vallenar iron (everybody knows this was accomplished by john anderson & mike clark), acquiring a 100% shareholding in Vallenar Iron (everybody knows this was accomplished by john anderson & mike clark), increasing Vallenar Irons mineral resources by 53% (everybody knows that this was accomplished by mike clark and his technical team) and successfully executing an exploration program that identified new anomalies for Vallenar Iron (everybody knows that this accomplished by mike clark and his technical team). Prior is an account not a geologist, mining engineer or a metallurgist and has no mining industry experience. Shame on you Prior! IMHO, the only thing that Prior has accomplished since becoming executive director besides driving the share price down is to commit Ady to what well prove to be a shady deal with unsavory parties and individuals. Where is our illustrious chairman in all of this? (off somewhere playing bridge or somewhere off fishing?) What about Perry? Hes like Casper the ghost; we dont see him, dont hear him and he seems content to remain visible in the background collecting his directors fees.
IMHO a fear tactic is being employed to scare the shareholders into approving the Icarus deal. Either the shareholders approve the Icarus deal or Ady goes down the tube. This is preposterous especially in light of the fact that the shareholders have not been afforded the opportunity to review any other proposals that may have been received. We should not fall for this garbage.
IMHO Ady has failed to provide its shareholders with the complete and factual knowledge about Icarus and Corsair and full details of the deal with Icarus by which the shareholders can make an informed decision as to approve or not approve the deal with Icarus.
