I am a holder, seems to me we are selling it for nothing. 4M payable over 4 years plus royalty- no projected royalty payment/expected was provided. If u read carefully- 13M Vic liability to Admiralty to be extinguished/writtn off on completion. Another 29M to b forgiven on completion. Total 42M for zero consideration.What is th book value of the Mineral resources/concession being sold?
