If the sale do not proceed we do not have to pay $400k- read carefully. Also note the Inventories worth more than 1Mil will go- the purchaser will use them to mine the ore, also the equipment will go pay 1 mil teh first year- what a bargain. Maybe hire security guards to protect the mine in the meantime. Ill ote no.
