All your posts say the same thing - it is surely unhealthy to dwell in the past. Again no specific criticisms of Troy's tenure from you.

With regard to Troy's salary - you may remember that when he extended his contract, he swapped guaranteed salary for a bonus incentive of shares based on the share price reaching defined amounts.

On the basis of the current share price, I would suggest that he is hurting too.
