I do not claim to be an expert. I've only worked at one of the majors for 6 years and have alot to learn still as does everyone.. but i know enough to know that alot of your conclusions and statements are inaccurate and at times seem to project that you have significant holes (excuse the pun) in some of the fundamentals of the industry.

And yes i did say that a true offshore wildcat exploration well has a COS of 10-20%, because it is exactly that. I am not sure you understand the true definition of what a wildcat is. Drilling 'x' amount of holes into an already proven basin where a working hydrocarbon system exists is not a wildcat exploration well.
