Which directors have stock aappy? If shareholders aren't happy vote against the transaction!
The directors explained the rationale behind the transaction at the agm yesterday. They are giving the shareholders the option to decide the fate of the company. Take the cash or wait for the coal markets to turn. Not surprising given the lack of interest and shareholder support in pushing the share price down of late.
