Yes you would expect so. MC of 23mill at 30c. 13mill debt. 55mill coming in from sale. After paying debt should have 46 mill (got 4mill in the bank)-nearly double the present MC. You would expect around the 55-60c mark.

I don't think it is that good really-the $1.60 valuation put on AYA as a producer of coking coal with all infrastructure in place looked fantastic. With a dividend. Now I feel what is next as value for shareholders?-what does AYA have once the Kodiak project is gone. CRB maybe?
The directors have made a motza as usual with options and shares issued and I have averaged down expecting a return once production starts. To be bought out-what will happen to the money made? Big bonus cheques for the fat cats while shareholders are left holding the bag and a SP that floats around the 30-35c mark until Feb?? Interesting AGM today. Should be some good questions.
