I believe this is a fantastic deal. Initially we will have a strong cash injection on the balance sheet which will allow us to progress with current projects without having to raise any additional funds through capital raisings (dilution) or take on additional debt.

The best part of the deal I feel is the royalty arrangement. We will have a steady cash influx and this will contribute to the financial stabililty and will allow projects to continuously move forward.

Furthermore, this is Phase 1 of 3, there will be a heavy cash inflow from the sale of the other two assets.

Finally, I am dissapointed to see some posters attempting to cast shadows over what has been in a fantastic achievement by LNC Management.
