having just reviewed the agm the attitude of the MD and chairman is such that for any offer to be succesful it would have to pric ein the potential of our assets under development which todays share price does not represent. I ahve said before that anything under $25.00 is theft and i see no reason to change my opinion I actually think $35.00 is fair value but it would get higher as the new projects are developed. The board is under no pressure to sell and that is good for us
