Its all happening folks. Instead of the sell side building over night it has pulled back, Seems to me no one is interested in selling, liquidity is almost gone.
With some great announcements due in the near future it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase a parcel...........interesting times for us. This is what we always talked about.
