    Shareholder approval for the transaction will be required, pursuant to Listing Rule 11.2. The Company has not yet determined a timetable for seeking shareholder approval however it is expected a general meeting to seek approval will be held in November 2013 and initial preparations are currently underway to meet this timeframe.
