Even if this sale fell through, and I don't believe that will be the case, I don't think shareholders have much to worry about. There may be a temporary dip in the sp (once again I don't think the sale will fall through)but look at the latest op report. This is a producing oil company with plenty of oil being produced and even more to come. I don't see a down side. Buy up now in a couple of months it will be nearer a buck than 50c.
