Yes the 'proposed' sale conditions were certainly interesting. But I guess that is as negotiable as anything else.

My understanding is that he reline was due around 2022. Can they squeeze 2 more years out of it without a reline? Maybe it is based on condition rather than exact time frames.

So not sure if the government picked that date to get it to the end of its current operational life or force the investment to occur. I suspect the latter.
