    why would SLR just leave a shell of a company (PRH) behind? It doesnt make sense. Who would buy a shell? Maybe because PRH has huge debts or contingent liabilities that we dont know about and SLR doesnt want to be lumbered with them?????

    I dont know what the answer is but, I am for one, happy that SLR is going to give us some hope.
