PRH's base metals deposit probably has no value on the basis of the current base metal prices.

In addition its gold deposit is small and low grade. I am not sure it has a JORC reserve or if is just a resource. If just a resource then SLR's offer is very generous under current price trends.

It is all very simple. In the current environment PRH either goes with SLR or dies.

If GFC2 comes along it is goodnight.

All the best. I do not really care for the PRH gold deposit because of its low grade, which may not leave much of a profit margin if the POG stays under $USD1400.
