If you had done some research on Antares you would have discovered that the company was in breach of one of the loan covants, which they didn't tell shareholders about for another 4+ months, after they were put on notice by Mcq.
That is why drilling activity had to be curtailed for a while. They had to repay so much of the loan to get a waiver.
