The market cap at 39c is just under $100 million.
AZZ turned down an offer of $300 million for its key asset because it thinks it is worth a lot more than that.
I am just astounded at how heavily the SP has fallen.
I would love to see the rebound on this if the spurned buyer decided to try come back with a knock out offer.
