plan A is to truck the ore to local smelter from liberdade or find an offtake agreement...

personally i prefer the sale...

the io market has gone down the crapper since the smelters were begging for the ore... will they still want it?

vale is fighting with its customers as well and ore supplies are building up at steelmakers... offtake agreement may be doubtful or if it was to go ahead it would most likely be on less lucrative terms (ie Vale would rape us)...
