So management had spent $ 3.4 M on sales and marketing over the year of 2017, and over the year the net increase in goods sold was ~$ 180K .


Can I put up my baseless accusation on the management, saying they pocketed the money that allocated for marketing? Because it seem to me, they do not do anything on promoting the ReCell in the year, such petite increment might due to repetitive purchase by their old customers (hospitals) that already knew ReCell.


Management may argue that the money was used to provide their new customers free samples... prove it. Why free? sell it cheaper or use the money for media marketing will be much wiser, as we all know, the amount of media info is pathetic. Even if they want to remunerate dermatologist/ specialist to use the product, we will see an obvious increase in sales revenue. I highly doubt where those money gone to?
