Interesting they offered a 50% discount to sign you up. That could be a company desperate for cash or a company that has very low marginal costs in providing the subscription and the confidence that you will re new the subscription at full price in 12 months. (I note NEA's churn is only around 5% and falling)
Please provide an update in 12 months when your subscription is due. I will be interested in your views as a user then.
