I didn;t understand that the Shougang finance would be used for Lithium project setup. Odd, and wouldn;t expect Shougang to agree. The shougang note was to fund mining/processing and port facility.
Lithium project would be funded through fwd sales as per tender. Will go back and re-read announcements. If you're able to, can you point me to which stated this?
