I didn't get a call, but given there are many red flags with this capital raise, I wouldn't participate anyway.

Despite the "valuation" of the business being presented at / near $200m, this capital raise is nothing but incredibly dilutive to the existing shareholders. The quantum of the capital raise, $3m, is so small that it points to a much wider problem with the company.

Selling shares far below "valuation", the implied inability to get funding from financiers for the $3m and the proposed asset sale of farms all while we pay an Investment Manager fees for erosion of shareholder capital doesn't sit well with me.

The management keep going on about the "under-valuation" of the business: the test will be if they stump up $30k each and invest in the SPP or not.
