I did get the call and advised the caller that I would not be participating. There was no query as to why I was not participating and they just hung up with a sort of "oh well I did ask" and no pressure to actually participate.It seemed as though there was no doubt that the sentimnent to buy the shares was very low and that the directors may have to put their money where their mouth is which would show a lack of interest in the company's actions. I wonder if they will pull the rug under the share sale It seems also that the only thing the shareholders can do now is to block the annual report for salaries again .
