Doubt there will be any sales contract before GE13. Anwar has said that he will close the plant and reopen only if another review is done. So it means it will be a halt of production of a few months. And he claims he'll win by at least 10 seats.
Will customer sign any contract when there is a risk that the plant will be shut down for several months? Probably they would wait until election result is clear.
