They wouldn't have been able to negotiate a sales contract if they weren't confident of the funding, OMH would never have gone near them. The fact that they have managed to stitch up this sales deal means that the funding must be pretty close to being done. I would guess that we should hear something in the coming weeks before or on the day of the DFS announcement. IMO the funding will be there, just depends on the details of how they do it and how this sits with individual shareholders. It is usually a mix of debt versus equity and given IFE/TRF's strategy of keeping the share register tight, you would assume some sort of debt. Remember they didn't need much money to fund Stage 1 and if they have been able to amortise some of the capital costs as operating costs, it may be less than what we think. You can always wait for the funding announcement but I would doubt whether the sp will wait for you.
