Have voted against the Performance Rights this morning.
What I find most troubling (other than the greed) is that in the case of an attempted takeover, Directors could cede their existing shares to get the number of acceptances over 50% and then get granted their Perfomance Shares.
For Gus this would mean cashing in 38 mill shares and then getting 36 mill back for a second go.
No allegations, just suggesting this as a possible circumstance.
Is this how others read the AGM notice ?
