Spot on Armour. I alluded to this a couple of weeeks ago - as did someone else.
This is the most troubling clause in the proposal - and makes the whole thing look like an exit strategy for the board.
A bit like the captain of a ship sneaking off with the ship's one lifeboat when he suspects that the ship may be doomed and when everyone else is asleep.
