THR in its annual report, dated 21 August, said that "offtake agreements are very close to completion". Here we are 17 th Oct, and it seems to me that we must be very close to:
.sales agreements [offtake] as referred to in the annual report
. a [likely] small share placement with the buyers of the moly/tungsten
. bank finance of something like $50 million to complete the parcel.
The timing would be just about right to achieve all these things. C
