    As I have said before, mgmt are very 'B' grade.

    I predicted that the off-take would not be announced in Sep and now Oct could be on the cards.

    I still believe the off-take will be poor value for shareholders and that's if it goes ahead at all.

    Just my opinion and not based on any other facts than mgmt's dismal performance in the past.
