I spoke with John Young a few weeks ago when they were on the Gold Coast for the Rising Stars conference. He explained that the firming up of the resource estimate and if I remember correctly the firming up of capital costs were being worked through by an independent body. The final report and data would then be submitted to the interested parties (as in plural)for their consideration.
The timing of these processes was out of their control and not expected to be completed within a month. John Barr said something similar the night before at the TNG drinks session for shareholders at a local restaurant.
Both JB and JY expressed optimism but conceded that the final result would be entirely dependent on the outcome of the process underway. In short, allegations about the competence of management on HC are really quite wide of the mark. No one will commit to funding Molyhill withjout all of the relevant information required to manage the risk associated with a project of this nature.
If you dont believe me have the guts to phone them rather than B*tch & whine on HC. JB told me they have a standing policy that all enquiries from shareholders will be answered within 24 hours. My own expereience with TNG and THR is that my calls have been answered immediately.
