"HC is a small snippet of a stocks holders."

Maybe so for other stocks but a lot of the top 20/100 ADO holders are on this forum.

The recent news has made many who were going to vote NO, now even more committed to voting NO.

The question on many minds is how much of this information was known to the company prior to the capital raising?

Releasing this information then would've seen the stock move into the 5-6 cent range. The stock was in an uptrend.
It had a lot of eyes on it. It had positive broker coverage from Far East Capital, who have since become very negative about how this CR was managed.
They would've had no problems getting the funds from retail holders. Look at how well supported the 26c raising was. Many here participated in that one.
If the market believes the story, there is no issue raising funds. It's when there is doubt around management that funds become harder to find.

A concern some of us have is, getting new instos on board at very low prices means they'd be more likely to accept a very low takeover offer from the likes of an EV1. An insto being offered 10c a share is a 300% return for their clients and they'd take it.

I'll be very surprised if resolution 3 gets enough yes votes but if by some miracle they do get enough votes or can issue the options due to clauses in the terms and conditions, then at least it's fired a warning shot to management.

How many shareholders sold out prior to the recent news being announced? and now regretting it because of the latest update?

Shareholders need to be kept updated otherwise they can't make an informed decision
