It was amatuerish with what we know now. Previously we were working with EV1 and what was the progress??? The current raising SPP we barely got to 1.4 mill. We were reliant on SI for cash.
Maybe it was a mastersttoke by the chairman to dangle the carrot of options to suck in SIs and hoping it would get voted down by shareholders.
We now know we are in protype stage with Ev1 and discussing with 5 EV manufacturers and are funded for 3 qtrs at least after july including R&D rebate.
I say Vote no to SI options.
