firstly I have said it favours the new sophs MORE than existing shareholders holders because the new sophs haven’t experienced excessive dilution, and have been offered an entry lower than anyone else in recent history, below prevailing market value. And this is not a lie.
I feel to me its bit like allowing new runners to enter a marathon in front of the leader with 100m to go and a box of tacks to throw behind them.
hence why I am voting No. it’s a terrible idea now, and for the future of shareholders and the company they own.
