The company has enough $$$ cash now for 9- 12 months without handing the brokers & their network free options....
Raise again in 12 months time when the share price is 10 -30 cents - why now when the share price is rock bottom. It is the worst capital in the history of small cap capital raises...
And who knows - the company is at revenue stage... the new Sales Director might sell something and there might not need to be a raise even again...
Cmon Board - do right by the shareholders....
