yes. i do believe this latest placement has cost considerable dilution, disregarded the loyalty and support of shareholders, and damaged trust in management’s abilities and judgement. It’s not a good look for anyone that may be thinking about entering the register and providing their support going forward.
Hence why shareholders, no matter how small the size of their holding, have been granted the right to standup for themselves and protect the future of the company by choosing whether to approve the low priced options and additional dilution.
