they do have to say what the funds received would be used for.
What they haven’t said that the options are needed, or a critical part of their funding plan.
assuming the placement and spp shares are ratified, they can raise up to 15% dilution without shareholder approval. So very little stands in the way of raising additional funds at better terms.
