Sales data for Qtr1 – Qtr3 2015 are from Slide 26 of the Corrected AGM Presentation.

Rollout to all Walmart stores completed by AGM (late Nov 2015)

Estimate of 1.3m sales in Oct (from AGM).

Assume that at Walmart Yowie are displayed at an average of 16 checkouts (slide 35 of AGM Presentation) and sales per store are (a conservative) 100 per week (from Morgan’s report).
4,500 stores
4.4 weeks in a month

4,500 x 100 x 4.4 = 2m

As was mentioned at the AGM, Walmart represents 75% of Yowie sales, therefore other store sales represent 25% or ~ 0.6m

So a "normal month" (based on the known number of retailers) would have sales of 2.6m

Nov sales could possibly be below 2.6m as Walmart still “gearing up”. But positively impacted by the introduction of Holiday Yowies, sales say 2m.

Dec sales results would probably be above 2.6m due to Christmas “stocking filler” and end-of-aisle display sales. Sales say 3m.



“Yowie manufacturing will commence from the Madelaine factory in early 2016. Yowie has significant product inventory in excess of currently committed customer requirements which the Company believes is sufficient to cover the production ramp-up at Madelaine plus contingency.”

Estimated Inventory at end of Dec was 3.73m units as committed requirements + contingency.

Estimates total sales for 4^th Qtr 2015 6.3m units.

Estimated Total Sales for 2015 9.05m units.
