Some similar stories here. Something is only worth what somebody else is willing to pay. Know a guy trying to sell a house in Secret Harbour. Agent qouted $720,000 in boom. was absolute crap but he believed it. Had an offer 18 months ago of 600.000 I urged him to take it. Down to 530,000 now and 5 agents later. Mind you he is one of those guys that always wants to buy things dirt cheap and wants every last cent when he sells.
