More info is better for active investors of course like us on HC. There is also an obligation to report. I suspect there is nothing to shout about - hence the silence. Also think with the options floating around some would have said 'sell the shares and I can still buy back if I want to later' and 'I don't have as much tied up earning nothing = losing ground'. As I have said before we can still lose the lot here and closer the sp gets to $0.00 the more likely that is. The cr will be their last cr if they are not careful.
